Refund and cancellation policies:
Customers are allowed to choose refund and cancellation of orders prior to the delivery of products. They can contact with us by support@HDDOR.com, and the refund and order cancellation will be completed after our verification.
Once the goods are delivered, we will not accept any requirement for refund and order cancellation.
Return and replacement policy:
If customers find that our products are inferior in quality, they are supposed to contact with us through support@HDDOR.com within 7 days after receiving the products. If our verification indicates that the products are indeed inferior in quality, customers need to return the products with the original packages, and we will replace the inferior products with new ones and send them to customers after we receive the returned products from customers. We will bear the cost incurred by replacement.
